The TRAIN Learning Network now reaches more than three million public health, healthcare, preparedness, and other professionals across the country and around the world. This milestone reflects the rapid growth for TRAIN over the last year and a half, with more than a million new users since June 2019, when TRAIN celebrated reaching two million learners.

In order to provide the most comprehensive training catalog to the health workforce, TRAIN offers learning opportunities on more than 60 health-related subject areas, with many trainings including continuing education credit opportunities. Just in the last year, health professionals on TRAIN have completed 3.1 million courses. Joining the TRAIN Learning Network is free for all professionals, volunteers, and students.

TRAIN affiliates, including 27 states, three federal agencies, three tribal agencies, and other partners, support the TRAIN Learning Network through customized learning portals and contributions to the national course catalog. With an annual subscription, TRAIN affiliates provide cost-effective access to thousands of trainings, manage learning, and assess workforce development and preparedness efforts.

Together, TRAIN affiliates and partners have stepped up to support the response to COVID-19:
