Using your Quality Improvement Encyclopedia
In your Public Health Quality Improvement Encyclopedia, you will find 75 quality improvement (QI) tools designed to help you choose QI projects, monitor impact, analyze stakeholder attitudes, and create solutions for your organization. This resource is meant to be used as needed to address problems as they arise, and the tools are designed to help all public health professionals with QI. In addition to the Encyclopedia, PHF offers many resources to help you address quality improvement and workforce development needs.

TRAIN is the nation’s most comprehensive learning resource for professionals who protect the public’s health. TRAIN is comprised of 28 Affiliates and the National TRAIN.org site. TRAIN users can utilize this award winning system to access over 26,000 courses offered in web-based, classroom-based, and conference formats.
