The Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), in partnership with the Public Health Foundation, is hosting an introductory webinar on performance management called Performance Management Techniques for Successful Decision Making for state, tribal, territorial, and local health departments on May 7, 2025 from 2-3pm EDT. This webinar will be the first of two in a series about advancing performance management in a public health agency.

This webinar is designed to directly benefit your work. It will delve into the concepts and uses of a performance management system and the crucial role of developing meaningful goals, objectives, and measures to monitor program performance and success in your public health initiatives.
