Alicia Meadows is a subject matter expert in Organization and Talent Effectiveness for Ascension Health. She works with a team of experts to provide real-time support to local healthcare ministries with a focus on strategic talent, performance management, change management and workplace culture. Prior to this role, she has spent ten years in leadership roles at the Oklahoma City County and Tulsa City-County Health Departments where she led the development and implementation of quality improvement plans and organization-wide performance management systems. At the Oklahoma City-County Health Department, she led the accreditation process, culminating in receipt of accreditation by the Public Health Accreditation Board in 2013. Alicia has significant experience in strategic planning and change management leadership in the public health sector. Alicia holds an MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University, and a DrPH from the University of Oklahoma in Public Health Leadership.
