​Andrew Borrelli joined the Public Health Foundation in 2023 as the Business Development Manager. Andrew’s responsibilities include pursuing and executing business opportunities for the organization to grow and diversify its revenues via supporting, marketing, and promoting the growth of the TRAIN Learning Network and PHF’s Performance Improvement (PI) Consulting Services. 

Andrew started his career with the Florida Department of Health working on various COVID initiatives. Andrew then transitioned to the private sector, where he onboarded private medical practices into Privia, a Managed Service Organization. Prior to joining PHF, Andrew worked with Impact Advisors, a large healthcare consulting firm focused on hospital strategy and operations.

Andrew is based in Orlando, Florida and in his spare time he enjoys traveling, photography, and being around friends and family.
