​Lien House joined the Public Health Foundation in 2024 as a Controller. Her responsibilities include overseeing financial operations, accounting, reporting, audit, tax, the U.S. GAAP, federal and state regulatory compliances. In addition, she also manages the vendor relationships, maintains the internal control, financial system and policies.

Lien has a diverse background in private and non-profit organizations. Before joining the PHF, Lien served as the Controller at the National Capital Flag company. During a twelve-year tenure with the United Way Worldwide organization, Lien held several positions in the Finance Department. Her last role was the Director of Corporate Accounting.

Lien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University. She is a CPA, and a Charter Global Management accountant. She served on a sub-committee for a few years to support the United Way Network. In her spare time, she likes reading, cooking, exercising, and spending quality time with her husband.
