New Academic Health Department Partnerships Toolkit
The newly redesigned PHF.org makes it easier than ever to access key public health resources with a modern look, improved navigation, and mobile-friendly design. One new resource available is the Academic Health Department (AHD) Partnerships Toolkit. Developed by the Public Health Foundation (PHF) in collaboration with the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, the toolkit organizes resources and tools to help develop, expand, and sustain AHD partnerships. Explore the AHD Partnerships Toolkit to learn more about how these partnerships enhance public health education and training, research, and service delivery.
Redesigned Retention and Recruitment Toolkit
Explore the redesigned Retention and Recruitment Toolkit, now available as an interactive webpage. Developed by the Public Health Foundation in collaboration with the Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice, this toolkit offers practical strategies to strengthen your workforce; improve retention; reduce recruitment needs; and build a diverse, skilled team. Join NALBOH for Their Annual Conference in Historic Savannah – Registration Now Open!
The National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH) 2025 Annual Conference will take place on October 6-8, 2025 at the De Soto in Savannah, GA. Register by July 15, 2025 to take advantage of the early bird rate. Join board of health members, health officers, and other public health professionals in learning from others and interacting to develop partnerships and share solutions affecting state and local communities across the country.
