The 2017 Preparedness Summit, the first and longest running national conference on public health preparedness, will take place at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis from April 25-28. Led by the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), Summit sessions share resources, tools, and evidence-based practices that improve the nation's preparedness capacity. The theme for the 2017 Preparedness Summit is "Forces of Change: Capabilities, Innovation, and Partnerships."
Attending this year's conference? Join the Public Health Foundation's TRAIN Learning Network Team, which is presenting a poster session on "Foundations of Public Health Preparedness National Training Plan: Building Preparedness Capacity Across the Workforce and Community." The poster will highlight data from the Foundations of Public Health Preparedness national training plan available on the TRAIN Learning Network. Stop by Poster 70 on Thursday, April 27 from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM to learn how the TRAIN Learning Network builds preparedness capacity across the nation.
