By adding Inclusion and Equity to our SWOT analysis (SWOTIE) it will help the health department to start to strategically build-in Inclusion and Equity into its daily and systems level work of the health department. Once the SWOTIE is complete, a SWOTIE Action Prioritization Matrix can be used to position each of the SWOTIE actions to determine how much each will impact the community and the resources required to effectively implement the actions.
