TRAIN Administration for Medical Reserve Corps Unit Leaders
Friday, May 2, 2025, 8-9:30am ET
Presenter: Jennifer Harmon, TRAIN Learning Network Engagement Manager, PHF
Description: Learn how to leverage MRC-TRAIN for your MRC unit! The MRC, in partnership with the TRAIN Learning Network (TRAIN), a product of The Public Health Foundation (PHF), provides access to competency-based trainings through MRC-TRAIN. MRC unit leaders are provided with several administrative roles in TRAIN. As TRAIN Administrators, MRC unit leaders can utilize MRC-TRAIN to build training plans, track their volunteers’ training progress and quickly disseminate just-in-time training to their volunteers. In this workshop, MRC unit leaders will learn about the administrative roles that they have within TRAIN. Unit leaders will also learn how to build training plans and how to view learner training records. Unit leaders will also learn how to assist their learners with creating accounts, logging into TRAIN, and uploading certificates of completion.
