The AHD Workgroup guides the development of the AHD Learning Community, a community of practice centered around the AHD model. The AHD Learning Community is an initiative of the Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice, supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
