The workshop will focus on developing and implementing a workforce development plan, a requirement for Domain 8 of Public Health Accreditation and an important activity of any successful public health organization. Ron Bialek, PHF President, and Jack Moran, PHF Senior Quality Advisor, will help participants understand key elements and activities of a workforce development plan, the purpose of these activities, and resources that are available to accomplish these activities.
