Workshop Description:
This interactive workshop equips public health leaders with practical strategies to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve communication, and drive innovation in complex organizational environments.
Participants will explore how leadership behaviors shape culture and outcomes, apply structured approaches to leading change, and develop communication strategies that enhance clarity, alignment, and engagement. Through real-world examples and hands-on activities, the session introduces tools for continuous improvement and innovation, enabling participants to lead teams more effectively and respond to evolving public health challenges with intention and impact.

Cost and Registration
- $600 per participant (Includes Two 3-hour live sessions)
- OR $1,000 for BOTH Leadership, Communications, and Innovation Workshop AND High Performing Teams in Public Health Workshop
Payment Deadlines:
- Payments made by Invoice or Check must be received no later than September 2, 2026.
- Credit Card payments must be received by September 8, 2026.
- Purchase Orders must be submitted by September 8, 2026 and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
