• Implementing the PDCA Cycle for Change Leaders: Understanding Your Leadership Style - Authored by John Moran, this article discusses how six types of leadership styles function when initiating the change process and includes an assessment tool.
• Introduction to Quality Improvement in Public Health - This 30 minute course, developed by Kansas Department of Health and Environment and PHF, and based on the Quick Guide, is meant to teach public health professionals the basic concepts of quality improvement.
