Addressing the critical need to increase contact tracing throughout the country, the Public Health Foundation has added contact tracing as a new topic in its collection of live searches of COVID-19 training available through the TRAIN Learning Network. This search includes the recently released training, Making Contact: A Training for COVID-19 Contact Tracers, developed by the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials and the National Coalition of STD Directors.

Other live searches in the collection cover COVID-19 in general, crisis and emergency risk communication, infection control in long-term care facilities, non-pharmaceutical interventions, and personal protective equipment. The training is provided by numerous organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, US Department of Health and Human Services’ Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, Veterans Health Administration, and European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.

All of these searches update automatically as new training is added to TRAIN, and new search topics are being added to the collection as needed. Visit this resource frequently to access the most current COVID-19 trainings.
