This year’s TRAIN Learning Network Annual Meeting will take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming from May 23 to May 25, 2017. Representatives from TRAIN’s 29 Affiliates, as well as from agencies and organizations that focus on workforce training and development in the public health, healthcare, and preparedness sectors are invited to attend.
The TRAIN Learning Network Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to share information, tools, and resources related to workforce training and development. The 2017 meeting is sponsored by the Public Health Foundation (PHF) and TRAIN’s technology partner, KMI Learning, and is being hosted by the Wyoming Department of Health.
The theme for this year’s meeting is “TRAIN’s Impact: Using Data to Improve Workforce Development.” Session topics include: LMS Integration and Work Process Efficiency, TRAIN Marketing: Promoting TRAIN Internally and Externally, Introduction to Google Analytics, How to Effectively Present Your TRAIN Data, Tips and Tricks for Developing 508 Compliant Trainings, TRAIN Collaboration Follow Up: How Federal Agencies and States Can Address Current Health Initiatives, and more.
Powered by the Public Health Foundation, the TRAIN Learning Network brings together agencies and organizations in the public health, healthcare, and preparedness sectors to disseminate, track, and share trainings for the health workforce on one national online learning management system (LMS) platform.
