New Enhancements to the Public Health Improvement Resource Center
The Public Health Foundation (PHF) has recently improved the user experience of the Public Health Improvement Resource Center, a searchable database of resources designed to support work in performance improvement, to provide easy access to the most relevant performance improvement resources. This database contains more than 500 resources from health departments, national organizations, nonprofits, government agencies, healthcare organizations, and others, including resources provided by the Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice, such as the Core Competencies for Public Health Professionals and Academic Health Department Mentorship Program. Enhancements to the database include a redesigned front page with streamlined search characteristics, and an updated feature highlighting the latest resources. In addition, a comprehensive review was completed, and all resources available through the Public Health Improvement Resource Center were evaluated for content, clarity, and relevance. Submissions of resources to add to this database as it continues to grow are welcome by email to [email protected] or through Facebook or Twitter. Read Continuous Improvement of the Public Health Improvement Resource Center to learn more, and contact Julie Sharp at [email protected] with questions or suggestions for the Public Health Improvement Resource Center. |
