THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER FEEDBACK – The Learning Resource Center is using Zoomerang to survey customers on satisfaction. This valuable customer tracking information will allow us to see where our customers are coming from, what products they are most interested in, and what are the strengths and weaknesses of the bookstore website. We will use this information to better serve our customers. We also expect our response rates to increase significantly using the online format.
