PHF is pleased to welcome Margaret Beaudry to the PHF family and the larger public health community as the new Director of Performance Management and Quality Improvement (PMQI). Ms. Beaudry brings a range of skills and experiences to the organization as a strategic leader, senior researcher, program evaluator, and project manager. Most recently, she consulted with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as a communication and change management advisor through Ripple Effect Communications, Inc.
As PMQI Director, Ms. Beaudry will lead efforts to develop and share products, tools, and services to meet the public health community’s performance management and quality improvement needs. Activities will include building future business development, designing effective client management, and monitoring the impact of PHF activities. The PMQI unit goals will reflect her leadership in managing daily operations, building effective and empowered teams, and communicating results.
