Invitees are encouraged to join the Public Health Foundation (PHF) and TRAIN Learning Network at the 2020 Public Health Learning Forum & TRAIN Learning Network Annual Meeting. Working Together, Training Together: Public Health, Emergency Preparedness, and Healthcare is this year’s meeting theme and highlights effective practices in workforce development, online learning, and learning platform administration across the health sector. This four-day event features the latest innovations in health workforce training and presentations from the individuals leading these transformative initiatives.
The 2020 Public Health Learning Forum & TRAIN Learning Network Annual Meeting is hosted by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, and is sponsored by PHF.
Sessions will highlight innovative and best practices in workforce and staff development, online learning, and learning platform administration. Representatives from TRAIN’s 37 partners and from state, tribal, local, and territorial governments, academic institutions, federal agencies, and others are invited to attend. |

Call for Abstracts
The 2020 TRAIN Learning Network Annual Meeting Planning Committee invites your abstract submissions for the annual meeting. Presentations that showcase tools, resources, models, and innovative or best practices in workforce development, online learning, or learning platform administration across the health sector are welcome.
Presentations should also align with the meeting theme, Working Together, Training Together: Public Health, Emergency Preparedness, and Healthcare.
Abstracts must be submitted by December 16, 2019. |

2019 HPV Vaccine is Cancer Prevention Award Winner Spotlights
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Cancer Society, and American Association of Cancer Institutes are proud to announce the winners of this year’s HPV Vaccine Is Cancer Prevention Champion Award. This award recognizes clinicians, clinics, practices, groups, and health systems that are going above and beyond to foster HPV vaccination in their communities. This year, champions from 25 states are being honored for their efforts to achieve high HPV vaccination rates. See the list of HPV Vaccine is Cancer Prevention Champion winners for 2019.
