PHF Immunization Center Evaluation Survey

Ensuring public health and healthcare professionals have access to accurate and timely resources is essential for strengthening the immunization workforce. The Public Health Foundation (PHF) Immunization Center has launched an evaluation survey to assess our immunization resources, such as educational videos, online training, and toolkits, to ensure they meet the needs of public health and healthcare professionals. Your valuable feedback will assist us in assessing the effectiveness of our resources and guiding the development of future initiatives. To help enhance immunization efforts, complete the survey by November 13, 2024.

Strengthen Immunization Efforts: Fostering a Culture of Immunization in Your Practice (Online Training)

It is vital for healthcare professionals to provide clear and concise vaccine recommendations to patients, parents/guardians, and caregivers during every visit. To promote a culture of immunization in your practice, PHF and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) developed the Fostering a Culture of Immunization in Your Practice online training. This training aims to support vaccination efforts and offers free continuing education (CE) credits. Learn more and register.

Let's RISE Toolkits

Routine vaccinations protect children, families, and communities against vaccine-preventable diseases. Each toolkit contains evidence-based strategies, tools, and resources that can be used to communicate with families to help protect children against vaccine-preventable diseases.
