The 40th anniversary edition of the Public Health Foundation’s (PHF) Resources for Learning, a catalog of training courses, educational materials, and other resources for health care providers and the public, will be available online on November 1 in the Learning Resource Center (LRC).
With this year’s anniversary, PHF is more dedicated than ever before to improving the public’s health by strengthening the quality and performance of public health practice. Therefore, a number of new products providing information on essential health topics will be featured in this year’s catalog.
The 12th edition of
Epidemiology and Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases, also known as The Pink Book, will make its debut. This book contains updated information about vaccine-preventable diseases, principles of and recommendations on vaccination, immunization strategies for health care facilities, and vaccine safety.
Materials from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s
Choose Respect campaign are also available, separately or as a collection. These products encourage the discussion and development of healthy relationships and are also offered in Spanish.
