The Aetna Foundation recently released a request for applications for its 2018 Cultivating Healthy Communities Grant Program. The program seeks to catalyze measurable improvements in community health, with an emphasis on addressing the social determinants of health in underserved communities and populations. Stage 1 applications are due by April 18, 2018; Stage 2 applications will be due in June for a subset of those who complete Stage 1.
