Developing, Sustaining, and Expanding AHDs: Case Studies of Successful AHD Partnerships in Kansas and Kentucky (AHD Learning Community Presentation)

Overview

This archived webinar featuring Academic Health Department (AHD) Learning Community members Vicki Collie-Akers, PhD, MPH, Associate Director of Health Promotion Research, University of Kansas, and Louise Kent, MBA, ASQ CQIA, Planning Administrator, Northern Kentucky Health Department, highlights successes of two AHD partnerships. During this one hour webinar, the presenters discussed the AHD partnerships in which their organizations engage, describing the process for establishing their partnerships, benefits of academic/practice linkages, and lessons learned from participating in AHD partnerships. This webinar was originally presented as the January 2016 AHD Learning Community meeting.
