​This is an overview of past accomplishments and activities of the Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice (Council on Linkages). The Council on Linkages is a coalition of 17 national public health organizations that has been improving academic/practice collaboration in order to assure a well-trained, competent workforce and a strong, evidence-based public health infrastructure since 1992.
