Research Shows:

  • One in four teens reports verbal, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse each year.
  • 54% of students report dating violence among their peers.
The Choose Respect Campaign provides the essential tools necessary for adolescents to recognize the signs and prevent dating abuse before it begins. Choose Respect’s key initiative rests in encouraging positive action to form healthy, respectful relationships.
 
The Public Health Foundation's Learning Resource Center offers resources to strengthen the knowledge of your adolescent community and stimulate active conversation around healthy, respectful relationships.
