This
archived webinar provides information on continuously improving a
performance management system. The webinar includes presentations from two local health departments on their experience building, maintaining, and improving their performance management systems.
Originally presented in April 2016, the webinar includes presentations from
Jack Moran, PHF Senior Quality Advisor, Tami Dillman, Finance Director for the
Central Valley Health District in North Dakota, and Robert Hines, Performance Improvement Manager and Accreditation Coordinator in the Office of Surveillance and Public Health Preparedness,
Houston Health Department.
