Process Value Analysis enables a team to analyze each step in a process to determine its value, put in terms of a ratio of function to cost. Developed by Public Health Foundation (PHF) Senior Quality Advisor John W. Moran and PHF quality improvement expert Erin Barkema, the main focus is on determining the value chain of the process, including the value of each element of the process, and identifying those activities that do and do not add economic value.
