Diagnostic Force Field Analysis
By analyzing the driving (positive) and restraining (negative) forces toward a desired improvement, the Diagnostic Force Field Analysis expands the usefulness of a traditional Force Field Analysis.
Developed by Public Health Foundation (PHF) performance improvement experts Jack W. Moran and Les Beitsch, this tool helps improvement teams reflect on root causes, compare and prioritize forces, and focus efforts where they will have the greatest impact. It can be used in conjunction with AIM Statements, Force Field Analysis, and other prioritization tools.
