Investigating Change

Investigating Change is a tool that helps organizations explore the landscape of a change initiative through eight parameters: benefits, strengths, weaknesses, fears, external threats, potholes, land mines, and opportunities.

Developed by Public Health Foundation (PHF) Senior Quality Advisor Jack W. Moran and PHF quality improvement expert Harry Lenderman, this tool supports successful change by identifying and addressing challenges before they derail progress.
