Let’s RISE (Routine Immunizations on Schedule for Everyone) Playbook Toolkits
Community leaders, healthcare professionals, education professionals, and early care and education (ECE) providers have a crucial role in promoting immunization to protect children, families, and communities against vaccine-preventable diseases. The Public Health Foundation (PHF), in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has developed a series of toolkits as part of CDC’s broader Let’s RISE (Routine Immunizations on Schedule for Everyone) playbook to help support important conversations about vaccines.
