Multivoting

Multivoting is a decision-making tool to help narrow a large list of possibilities to a smaller list of the top priorities or to a final selection.

Developed by Public Health Foundation (PHF) quality improvement experts Sonja Armbruster and Jack W. Moran, this tool helps groups move from brainstorming to action. Preferable to straight voting, Multivoting allows an item that is favored by all, but not the top choice of any, to rise to the top.
