Expand Your SWOT Analysis to Include Inclusion and Equity: Make it a SWOTIE
As health departments work to address inclusion and equity into their practices, PHF has developed the SWOTIE tool, a variation of the traditional SWOT analysis. The Action SWOTIE, a second phase in using this tool, helps the health department identify actions it may wish to pursue in improving the agency’s approach to inclusion and equity.
