Quickly responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and requests from health departments for remote performance improvement (PI) services, the Public Health Foundation (PHF) developed and began offering a new set of remote services based on our past on-site services. The demonstrated successes and benefits to health departments made it clear that it is important for PHF to continue offering PI services both remotely and on-site. Recognizing that every organization has unique needs, we ensure that our PI services are always geared toward the specific needs of your organization through customization and collaboration.
