The Academic Health Department (AHD) Learning Community held a virtual meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2016. This meeting focused on the Academic Health Collaborative created in Worcester, MA, which partners the Worcester Division of Public Health, Worcester State University, Clark University, UMass Medical School, and UMass Memorial Medical Center. Speakers from the Worcester Division of Public Health joined the AHD Learning Community and discussed topics such as need for increased capacity, Public Health Accreditation Board accreditation, funding, strategic planning, strengths and challenges, and future growth.
