The National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Office of Communications and Education has developed a series of webinars for Research to Reality, an online community of practice that links cancer control practitioners and researchers while providing opportunities for discussion, learning, and enhanced collaboration on moving research into practice.1 Developed and supported by the National Cancer Institute, this community is both an information resource and a forum where members can connect and collaborate with other public health professionals to ask questions, discuss ideas and solutions, share useful resources and tools, and participate in cyber-seminars and other events.2 Webinar topics range from the delivery of patient-centered care to measuring health in a community. This variety allows the webinars to appeal to many audiences within the public health workforce.
NCI’s Office of Communications and Education has posted many Research to Reality webinars on TRAIN, the premier learning resource for public health professionals.
