This Strategic Plan Tune-up training will help you re-evaluate your SWOT analysis and determine changes in the landscape that will have a major impact in the future.
In this training, your health department will:
- Develop a self-assessment of the agency’s past strategic plan and accomplishments
- Analyze the current and future political, social, and funding landscape
- Review core assumptions that will guide the agency over the next few years
- Review current measurement systems – data availability versus data required
- Develop a revised short-term strategic plan
Duration: This training can be delivered remotely in modules over days or weeks, or it can be provided on-site.
