Join the Public Health Foundation (PHF) for a webinar titled Performance Management: Improving the Improvement on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 12-1pm ET.

The webinar will include information about performance management, including tips and strategies for continuously improving a performance management system. Local health departments will share their experiences for building, maintaining, and continuously improving their performance management systems.

Presenters will include Jack Moran, PHF Senior Quality Advisor, Tami Dillman, Finance Director for the Central Valley Health District in North Dakota, and Robert Hines, Performance Improvement Manager and Accreditation Coordinator in the Office of Surveillance and Public Health Preparedness, Houston Health Department.
