COVID-19 Contact Tracing Training: What Have We Learned?

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, PHF has responded to more than 170 requests from health departments, academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, healthcare facilities, and international ministries of health for free customized contact tracing training packages. Remote Training, Coaching, and Technical Assistance to Meet Your Organization’s Performance Improvement Needs

PHF’s remote training, coaching, and technical assistance are helping health departments and other organizations reinvigorate and build skills and capabilities in quality improvement, performance management, and workforce development. The annual Public Health Improvement Training (PHIT) will be held virtually from June 7-9, 2021 and feature skill-building and interactive workshops focused on public health performance improvement.
