Leveraging TRAIN for Workforce Retention

As highlighted in PHF’s Retention and Recruitment Toolkit, professional development and training are key components of successful retention efforts. The TRAIN Learning Network (TRAIN) can help. TRAIN boasts the largest collection of public health training opportunities in one place. In addition to any learner being able to freely access these trainings, TRAIN affiliates are provided with a robust learning management system capability to host, disseminate, manage, track, and report on training.
