New E-Learning Opportunity: Fostering a Culture of Immunization in Your Practice


Patients, parents, and caregivers feel more confident about vaccines when all health professionals in the clinic provide consistent, clear, and concise vaccine information. The Public Health Foundation (PHF), in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), released a new interactive online training, Fostering a Culture of Immunization in Your Practice, that provides practical strategies and resources to help create a positive culture of immunization in the workplace. Council on Linkages Welcomes New Chair


The Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice (Council on Linkages), a collaboration of 24 national organizations supporting the public health workforce, is excited to announce that Amy Lee, MD, MPH, MBA, has been elected Chair. Dr. Lee succeeds C. William Keck, MD, MPH, who served as Chair since 1998. Health 100 Training Licenses Awarded to Support E-Learning Development for Governmental Public Health


PHF, in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) E-learning Institute, has awarded 100 licenses for the Pro Learning Designer Analysis to Design Training Series. This online training program teaches learners how to fully analyze and design highly engaging e-learning experiences to help improve performance, streamline processes, influence behavior, and meet workforce growth and development needs.
