Resources Available to Support Routine Vaccinations

Fall and winter immunization season has arrived, and it is crucial that the immunization workforce prepare for the colder seasons. The Public Health Foundation (PHF), in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has developed many helpful resources to help increase vaccination rates:

• Share a new evidenced-based toolkit with immunization staff and colleagues to support increasing routine vaccination rates.

• Explore the newly added resources on the Building Awareness of Immunization and Vaccines training plan to help prepare immunization staff on proper vaccination practices.
