Receiving funds for emergency preparedness related to Zika? The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention awarded two waves of funding to states, cities, and territories to support efforts to protect the population from Zika virus infection and associated adverse health outcomes, including microcephaly and other serious birth defects. Funds included
$25 million announced on July 1, 2016 and
