About Me:
 
Extensive experience in organizational development and workplace performance improvement.  Currently in rotational position to assist with accreditation process and must develop relationships/collaborations with academic institutions in Oregon.  Also retooling employee performance evaluation/feedback process and looking for best practices, latest research on incorporating competency models into performance evaluation/feedback processes.  Interested in the role of policy in public health for training and professional development curriculum development.  Built and maintained extensive continuing education and training partnerships in Texas with academic institutions.  Public health work experience includes immunizations, environmental health, preparedness, risk communication and workforce development.
 
Would greatly appreciate best practices and lessons learned to leverage our efforts toward accreditation.
