Motivate – Motivating Learners
A number of incentives can help increase the likelihood that learners will participate in training. In addition to building training into plans for professional development and providing credit or recognition for completion, efforts such as ensuring clarity in expectations and making training easy to attend and engaging can positively impact learner participation.

    • Make training accessible (easy to identify, affordable) and convenient (close in proximity, distance learning, asynchronous learning, reasonable timing and amount of time involved)
