Motivate – Motivating Trainers
The motivation and engagement of trainers can heavily influence the effectiveness of training. Providing support to trainers as they prepare and deliver training, involving trainers in decision making related to training, and offering constructive feedback on training efforts, among other activities, can enhance trainer motivation.
