The Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice (Council on Linkages) is in the process of reviewing and revising the Core Competencies for Public Health Professionals (Core Competencies). The formal feedback process for the current revision of the Core Competencies closed on December 31, 2013; however, the Council on Linkages is always interested in hearing from the public health community to help ensure that the Core Competencies continue to meet workforce development needs.
