​​​​As health departments increasingly work to address inclusion and equity in their agencies and communities, the Public Health Foundation has been developing new tools and approaches that health departments may wish to explore and use. This SWOTIE tool builds inclusion and equity into the traditional SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis.
