About the Pro Learning Designer Analysis to Design Training Series
The PLD Analysis to Design Training Series is an online training that teaches learners how to fully analyze and design all types of highly engaging e-learning experiences to help improve performance, streamline processes, influence behavior, and meet workforce growth and development needs. It was created to help simplify the e-learning design and development process, while also equipping learners with skills to create awesome online e-learning content. This new and exciting training series is currently in development and due to be released in July 2024.

The PLD Analysis to Design Training Series is divided into three unique online courses:
  • Define Your Pro Learning Design Strategy – As participants complete this course, they will begin the process of writing an e-learning solution plan and will use it as a guide to help execute their vision as they move into the process of designing and developing their desired e-learning solution.
  • Determine Your Pro Learning Design Strategy – As participants complete this course, they will devise a plan to design e-learning experiences that support a learner's cognitive ability to process and retain information. Participants will also use the PLD framework to create a wide array of transformative e-learning experiences.
  • Master the Content Design Process – As participants complete this course, they will land on an e-learning design solution that is structured and measurable. They will also create a storyboard, which will guide their e-learning design throughout the entire development process.
Throughout this training series, learners will receive full access to these online courses, including digital and downloadable workbooks, to help ensure that they are fully equipped to effectively manage every aspect of the e-learning design process. Each self-paced course runs about 1 hour and walks learners step-by-step through the PLD framework to help them create engaging and transformational online learning experiences. There are no software requirements for the PLD Analysis to Design Training Series. The training program is designed to work across multiple platforms and devices. This training series, typically priced at $597, presents a valuable opportunity for professional growth for public health professionals and training developers.
