Webinar: Operationalizing Performance Management in a Health Department
The Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), in partnership with the Public Health Foundation (PHF), is hosting the second installment in a webinar series designed to help attendees advance accountability and performance management in their public health departments. This session will equip participants with practical insights and strategies that can be immediately applied to effectively operationalize performance management. It is being offered at two different times; registrants can choose to attend either August 28, 2024 at 8pm EDT or September 17, 2024 at 3pm EDT. Learn more and register.
